Yes. Looking at your device and telling you what we think is wrong is free. Repair work is quoted separately, and nothing paid starts until you approve the estimate.

How long will my repair take?

It depends on the problem and whether parts are needed. We'll give you a realistic time frame once we've looked at the device, and we'll let you know if that changes.

Can you fix any computer?

No. Some devices are too old, too damaged, or too costly to repair sensibly. When that's the case we'll tell you honestly and help you weigh repair against replacement.

Can you get my photos back?

Sometimes. We offer basic file recovery, not clean-room laboratory work, so we can't promise specific files. If nothing is recovered, you don't pay for the recovery attempt. If advanced recovery is needed, we can point you to a specialist.

I'm not good with technology. Is that a problem?

Not at all. A lot of our customers feel that way. We explain things at whatever pace is comfortable, and there are no bad questions here.

This business was born out of a lifelong passion for helping others with technology. Since I was a kid, I’ve been the go-to tech support for my family. What began as curiosity and excitement about computers eventually turned into a skillset that I have refined over 20+ years.
