Some problems are easier to solve where the equipment actually sits — printers, Wi-Fi, and multi-device setups especially. We travel to Muncie and a defined group of nearby communities by appointment.

Where we work
On-site appointments, in-shop repair, and remote help
Our shop is in Muncie. Travel for on-site appointments is limited to a defined group of nearby communities; everyone else is welcome to bring devices to the shop. Remote sessions do not depend on travel at all, so they are available wherever you are.

By appointment, for eligible problems. Repairs that need parts, disassembly, or extended testing still have to be completed at the Muncie shop.
Routine on-site service is not offered here
