Electronics Technician

- Diagnose hardware and software issues on PCs, Macs, laptops, and consumer electronics
- Perform repairs such as screen replacements, storage upgrades, port and connector work, and thermal cleanings
- Complete board-level troubleshooting and soldering when a repair calls for it
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and estimates
- Document repairs, keep the workbench organized, and maintain accurate inventory
What we're looking for
- Practical experience repairing computers or similar electronics
- Comfortable working with Windows, macOS, and common hardware components
- Steady hands and comfort with small components and basic soldering
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Nice to have
- A+ Certification or equivalent training
- Experience with data recovery tools and procedures
- Familiarity with custom PC builds
- Micro-soldering or board-level repair experience
